Holly is in Hospital

Well my friend took me to the Hydrotherapy place in Sheffield and Holly immediately struck up friendship with Kate, who checked her all over, looked how she walked, tested her legs, and then gave her a shower (not appreciated by her ladyship!) and then it was into the pool

And

And another shower afterwards, then dried, and home! Holly appears to have liked it and we go again on 29th unless Kate gets a cancellation earlier.

How adorable is that?!  I hope it helps.  Been doing some reading on FCE; it really is mysterious isn't it?

Hugs to Miss Holly.

Awww, Josie, that is awesome! I am so happy that Holly enjoyed herself. She looks like a natural in the water. So adorable! :)

Made me smile a lot watching her! She seemed so comfortable and content to be doing it.

Kate said Holly will be very tired the rest of today - Holly does not know that she js supposed to be tired but has wandered round garden several times, played with a toy, barked at dogs passing the house, and has only in last hour gone to sleep for a while. Meanwhile, I have had a nap rhis afternoon and have had to force myself to stay awake to watch TV this evening!!

Thank you all again for your kind remarks, and am looking forward to taking her again.

:) Wow.  That is the coolest.  Wouldn't that be a fun job?  Holly - I think we should crown you "Cairn of the Year" for all you have gone through this year.  Keep going, little sweetie!  Thank you so much for letting us follow Holly's life.  Bet she loves all the attention. :D

Thinking of buying a dog stroller/pushchair for Holly but not sure how she will like it! But think it might mean getting fuether afield for our walks and she will have somewhere to rest as she can only manage five minutes walking on lead at present.

Have not seen any in stores here but have found one on line. Em, not many outdoor restaurants in Uk either! However, have ordered and hoping I am not wasting money! Will have to see.

Hey Josie, I happened to see two such strollers while in Bridlington/Sewerby on Sunday. One held a Westie and the other a Chi. They were quite cute and both dogs seem to enjoy riding limo-style. :)  A couple weeks ago in Scarborough, I saw another Westie in one (is this what I have to look forward to with Westies? ;) ) One Westie sat in the stroller, while the other one walked beside it. I wondered if they took turns riding. :D

Well, Autumn that is good if you have to get one for your Westie because if Holly does not take to that form of transport I can sell it you ready for Lola!! :)

With a household of teenaged Cairns we might start to think about this.  Good idea...please let us know how it

works out.  It's gotta be better than being carried, which is what my husband did for Holdsworth in the last

years of his life.  (Love you Holdsworth.)

Haha. I do hope she likes it. You'll have to let us know when her limo arrives. :)

Hollys chariot arrived yesterday and once assembled, she sat in it and looked settled!  Walked down road to field, lifted her out but madam decided she was not walking!  She had a sniff round though.  Popped her back in and we walked back up to home with Holly sitting there looking around.  Got some interested looks from cars going past!
