This is Hamish after chasing his sister around all day long. He could barely keep his eyes open. I guess it is possible to tire them out if you try hard enough. :lol:

OK - I think I "might" be able to get a picture of Tink into here. I have never posted a picture because I was intimidated to try, but here goes. She turned one on Tuesday!

By the way - she was lying in my bathroom sink while I got dressed.

Scully's Mom writes:

How in the world did he change colors so drastically? Are you sure you don't dye his fur??? L'Oreal For Puppies!

LOL! I thought that was fairly standard for Cairns to change colors over the years. I know my other Cairn did too, although maybe not as drastically as Murph. After he lost his puppy coat, he was a very light wheaten color, but as he's aged it's just gotten lighter and lighter.

Here's Maddie as a puppy:

And one as a senior (in desperate need of a haircut), but it shows that she developed some white over the years too:

Actually her beard had turned completely white, but then in the last year of her life her beard and a patch of hair on the top of her head started to redden up. She actually looked like she was wearing a red toupee on her head. :)

:cake: HAPPY BIRTHDAY, TINK! She's adorable! She looks so small, reminds me of my little Hannah.

Thank you Savannah's Mom! Murphy really is our little calendar girl! And, her brother Trapper is a heartbreaker too. What a fun idea posting these headshots. Each of our pups is a real cutie. Makes me want to get another Cairn!

Oh my, how adorable is little Tink - and a very happy birthday being sent from Scully and her mom.

I almost fell out of my chair at the singing Cairns. Too funny!

I want another Cairn. :cry::cry::cry:
