savannahsmom35
She is smaller than Savannah. She is 6 months old and 12 pounds. Very cute pic! We give dogs time we can spare, space we can spare and love we can spare. And in return, dogs give us their all. It's the best deal man has ever made. -M. I can't count how many times she's been squirted w/ that bitter taste, she still goes after them. Beth, mom to Ninja (5), Hannah (7), Abbey (7 1/2), Kiara (10)

Tuff&Tippy
Hello, This is my first post here so I would like to introduce myself and the kids. I am Susan and my kids are Tuff and Tippy. Tuff is 4 months old and Tippy is 2 months. I am a new Carin mom. I had a Boston Terrier who lived to be 17 and my husband came with an Airdale Terrier who we lost last year at the age of 18. So these new little guys are our new kids. I am going to try to get a picture of them for you to see so here it goes...... Well I guess you need to have a web page , I don't have one current with new picts so I will have to do it at a later time. Tuff & Tippy

I can't imagine TWO puppies at once. You must have the patience of a saint, as my mom would say.
Eliz222
Welcome to Cairn Talk, Tuff and Tippy! My DS took this picture about two years ago...don't know what he was thinking, but it sure is cute! And this is still my favorite picture of Finch...her first day home.
kayharley
Hi Susan and welcome to our happy-go-lucky little Cairn "family". I can't wait to hear all about the adventures of Tuff & Tippy, not to mention their pics. Sandy
newcairn
Here Digby...Waiting patiently at the top of the stairs for me to come up...This pose is a classic at this point, we get to see it often. It is his stoop.... “In order to really enjoy a dog, one doesn't merely try to train him to be semi-human. Eliz222
NewCairn, Finch does this too! She sits at the top of the stairs and waits for us to come up. When I reach the 3rd to 4th step from the top, she runs down to greet me and we go up the steps together...every time.....isn't it funny how much these dogs are alike? Scully'sMom
I love that picture of Finch - how adorable is that? Scully seems to be very protective of my mom. She goes up the steps very slowly and she will walk each step with her, if my mom stops, she stops. It's so cute!

ParNone
Cute pics everybody! Here's Murph on a hiking trip a few months after he had knee surgery. He was none too happy about having to ride. Impossible to pee on things from up there, dontchaknow. I know, I know, he looks like a Westie. But here he is a 8 weeks old. Proof positive that he's truly a Cairny : Hard to believe it's the same dog, eh? Les... toomanypaws
ParNone, I knew he was a cairn. Mine tend to get shaggy too and I like that. He sure seemed to be enjoying himself. It is amazing how he changed in color. Just wondering if you're originally from the north. I'm originally from Michigan and still use the word "eh" which causes people to ask where in the north I'm from. I've been in the south now for over 30 yrs and never dropped "eh" from my vocabulary. Beth, mom to Ninja (5), Hannah (7), Abbey (7 1/2), Kiara (10)
Guest Guest
hiya toomanypaws! OMG confused as a Yankee. My relatives would disown me. Actually I'm a Texan, born and raised. My best friend is from Michigan though. 8+ years of conversing daily and a lot of her slang has rubbed off on me. I admit though, that in my head, when I type eh, it's pronounced eh vs ay, which she assures me is completely wrong. Les...
