Where our dogs are from

I was thinking the other day - I know that's very dangerous! But, as I post to this forum I see dogs from all over the country and many from New England. It occured to me that I could be communicating with someone who has a relative of Emma's. So I was wondering if Brad would allow us to introduce our dogs and what breeder they came from. Just the kennel name, ex/ ABC Cairns. Then if we find someone in the forum that has a dog from the same breeder we could contact each other to see if we are related!

Brad, please advise if you would allow this, and if you do, then I'll come back and post Emma's info. If you don't want us to do this, I understand and you can delete this. Thanks!

We could also compare pedigree...even with different breeders we could possibly have cousins or other relatives between us. One big happy family!!

Simply posting the registered name or pedigree will generally accomplish this. Here's a cool resource in fact for looking up kennel names (and pedigrees): http://www.cairn.dk/ped/ - it's a frames-based site, so you have to click on "Kennel/Breeder Index" after you go there.

Mia's registered name is Moonshadow's Looking at Mia. She was named after her mother who is Moonshadow's Here's looking at ME'S.

Brody is Just Brody, but if we had included his kennel name he would have been ME'S Just Brody. His dad is Moonshadow's Just Jack, so he is named after him.

If someone was really interested in where my Cairns came from, you could PM me. Kiara came from North Carolina and Abbey & Hannah were born here in Florida. Hannah's breeder did promise me a female of a particular litter. Hannah was the only female and the breeder did try to persuade me into another pup so he could keep her for breeding.
