bradl
Sigh. While photobucket does make it very hard to get a non-script, plain .jpg copy of a full-sized photo, the last piece of frustration was here :-( I found a setting that affected attachments that was resizing them. It looks like the horizontal and vertical maximum dimensions were swapped. I set both limits to be the same (1600 pixels, now). This would not affect "hotlinked" images that are hosted elsewhere and simply displayed here. I prefer that method for a variety of reasons, but the limitation on attachment sizes no doubt has been the cause of much of this frustration. Sorry for the troubles, but thank you all for your patience in chasing this to the bitter end! Note: previously attached photos cannot be "un-resized." Quote CAIRNTALK: Questions? Hillscreek
As many people have complained the "new" photobucket is not very friendly. The old links are gone and the new site overides any size changes you think you've made. My photos aren't all that exciting or brilliant. I'm just annoyed I can't get transfer the sizing and make it stick..
bradl
Anyone who wants to can send me a full-sized photo and I'll do my best to take a nice slice Quote CAIRNTALK: Questions?
