toomanypaws
I enjoy so much seeing everyone's cairn that I decided to share mine. I created a little website of my 3 cairns. We recently brought home Hannah Skye which completes our family of cairns, not sure what our cat thinks. Our lab doesn't mind, just has more to love him. Of course, he thinks he's the king Click on the link below, my first 2 cairns are Kiara and Abbey. They may not be show quality, but we sure love them. The new puppy, Hanah is after them. http://pages.ivillage.com/bwag99/abigaillee/ Thanks for looking, Beth Beth, mom to Ninja (5), Hannah (7), Abbey (7 1/2), Kiara (10)

kayharley
Correct me if I'm wrong but you have 3 female Cairns? I have 2 and looking to get another but I thought bringing a male into our household would be easier...jealousy among the girls and such. I see from your pics it's one big happy family. toomanypaws
Thanks for all of your compliments! KayHarley, I'm no expert but I was told having females together is fine as long as they are spayed. When they come in heat is when they will fight. I don't know this first hand, it was what a breeder told me. Also, I chose not to add a male because I already have a male lab and thought a male cairn may play alpha dog w/ the lab. So far mine are all doing great together. I supervise puppy visits. My 3 yr old cairn (Kiara) would rather play fetch while the older pup (Abbey) loves the puppy but gets a little too rough yet. Of course, the new pup Hannah is only 2 1/2 lbs while Abbey is 11 so for now I'll be the referee. Beth, mom to Ninja (5), Hannah (7), Abbey (7 1/2), Kiara (10)
