Ella had been scratching her ear for a two days and I figured that it was an allergic reaction. After two days though, the Benadryl wasn't stopping the scratching so yesterday I brought her to the vet's. The poor baby has an ear infection! Her ear was really angry and swollen, so they gave her a shot and antibiotics and prednazone to bring the swelling down. By bedtime yesterday, she was MUCH better. Her ear is still pink, but at least she's not scratching. So, I guess you could consider this a happy ending. YAY!

Glad to hear she is feeling better. Hope she is fully recovered soon.
