hallswel
Yesterday I was cleaning up the sunroom and the dogs were sitting pretty as you please on the couch. I took a couple in this one I still had the vacuum running and the Cairns were looking at it and Hamm was watching me I think what is wrong with both pictures is that I was working and they were resting. What a life they have! Liz Rebel, Hammurabi, Sugar, Dirty Harry, Paint, Duncan and Saffron
oscar's mom
Oh my goodness, what great pictures. I have to get Oscar really tired before i can clean, or else he is my little shadow. Antonietta
Tracy A.
OMG Liz- Your whole Crew did that on their own? I mean on the couch together ?? Wow, that's it! I'm sending you Mett & Bratt for model lessons! Tracy, Amos, Walter, Brattwrust & Mettwurst a.k.a The Gremlins
hallswel
I made them move off the floor to vacuum and they know if they behave I have a treat in my pocket. They would chase the vacuum but I fuss so they learned. Harley is finally getting old enought to be still. But I will admit this was one of the few times they were sitting so close together usually they are spread out on the couch. kayharley
I just do not believe all your dogs got into that "picture perfect" pose by themselves. Am I jealous...you betcha! That is one beautiful picture but we wouldn't expect anything less from you. So please....what is your secret...do you twitch your nose and all your dogs get into position? I just love your canine family.
oregoncoast71
Great picture! Greta would be trying to "kill" the vacuum. There is no faith which has never yet been broken except that of a truly faithful dog. -- Konard Lorenz
Eliz222
You take the BEST pictures!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Scout loves to "bite" at the vacuum cleaner. When she was a puppy, she got so upset when the vacuum was on, that I had to hold her while I vacuumed. When she grew too heavy, I put her in the 1/2 bath. She was so upset, she peed on the floor! Finch could care less. She's probably happy that she doesn't have to do it!
sheila and Misty
really nice picture! now ok admit it,,how much velcro did you have to use to keep them there? (just kidding) They look really into it like hey,,why does she do this all the time..I dont get this thing. over here over there over here over thee, I think the one in the middle is just watching for your done sign in case another treat is available,
toomanypaws
That's a fantastic picture of the four of them while you're vacuuming. I'm still trying to convince Abbey that the vacuum is not a nasty monster. She's terrified of it and will bark when I push it to a designated place to vacuum, let alone turn it on. Do you let all four of yours run freely in your house? I guess I probably could if I didn't have cats. Little Harley doesn't look quite so little anymore. You should be proud of your beauties! <img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/1003/maiwag/terriersiggy.jpg" border="0" class="linked-sig-image" /> Beth, mom to Ninja (5), Hannah (7), Abbey (7 1/2), Kiara (10)
Darcy's Folks
OMG!!! That made me giggle! Such sweet faces! I can't believe they lay together like that! Ours want their own "space" from each other. Kate, Darcy & Bailey's mom
abe's dad
I am one of the few with scared cairn's! Either I have to carry Abe while I vaccum or he runs and gets on my bed until the evil machine is put away..! Great shot. I too am envious of the poses and pics you manage to snag. To do the Christmas card picture, dad, mom and sis were frazzled, frustrated, laughing and worn out, and I think I had to take a zillion shots! AllAboutPetey
These pictures are great (as usual)! I love how little Sugar is laying over Harley's front leg. They look like they are all the best of pals. When I vacuum, Petey runs and hides and Belle tries to kill the vacuum. She backs up when the vacuum is coming towards her and then chases it back towards me, over and over and over..... Sometimes she will try to take a bite out of it, too.
Abby's Dad
Liz - you REALLY should consider doing dog photography as a business! All of your photos are a real pleasure to look at!
Barney's Mom
Not only does it amaze me that all four of your dogs are sitting pretty on the couch, it amazes me even more that they are doing it WITH THE VACCUUM RUNNING!!!!!! Barney goes absolutely insane when I run the vaccuum so I have to put him in another room in the basement. If I don't he barks and snarls until he absolutely wears himself out, then sleeps for a half an hour! I think I heard someone say that the Dog Whisperer has some way of getting dogs to not be afraid of the sweeper. Not sure what it is though.... Great photo! Your dog on the far left looks just like Barney!!!! All creatures great and small, the Lord God, He made them all!
