bradl
They usually do great. Cairns love routine almost as much as adventure and they very quickly settle in to a new routine. Most people are shocked at how easily they adapt. Even a large change in environment seems to only take about two weeks to sort through. Some dogs seem to adapt in about five minutes. They will however earnestly try to convince you that at the OTHER place they were fed as many treats as they wanted, ate five meals per day, and were allowed to sleep on the bed.
