Eliz222
Well, we were supposed to get 4 to 6 inches of snow last night, but we only have about 2 inches...which is FINE with me! Finch was going stir crazy today so we ventured out into the snow. She grabbed her frisbee, of course, going out the door. Scout and Finch had a great time running through the snow! When Finch is tired of running, she will lay in the grass with her feet straight out and the binkie...I mean frisbee....stuck in her mouth. Well, she was tuckered out and layed down in the snow!! I believe nothing will stop Finch from playing with her frisbee! Even Scout ran after the frisbee.
Darcy's Folks
Cute!!! We HATE snow here in Colorado! We're now on our 5th or 6th straight week of a snow storm. I'm tired of the "frosty paws" syndrome every time we have to go outside with the pups! I'm tired of wondering how much damage all this in and out of the snow is doing to my wood floors! I'm on a snow strike!!!!!! Kate, Darcy & Bailey's mom

savannahsmom35
SOOOO cute!!!!! I admit, I would love one big snow just so that I could see Savannah play in it one time but I can see how it would get VERY old if it became a constant thing. We give dogs time we can spare, space we can spare and love we can spare. And in return, dogs give us their all. It's the best deal man has ever made. -M. I must admit tho, after shoveling for five weekends in a row I'm ready to cry "uncle!" and surrender. Buddaroo
My boys are loving the snow too. Boots are the answer to the wet paws on hardwood floors. I am trying to find some for Tanner, my Great Dane. Buddy loves his, I just got them Friday and he does not mind them at all. I think they give him more traction to chase Tanner. AngusMacDoggal
The best part about the new snow is it covers up the nasty looking "yellow" snow all over the place and makes everything look clean and white again....that is until all the neighborhood dogs stop by and use Angus' nicely shoveled potty pad!! Send it down to me!!! I was born in Michigan and will forever miss the snow. I'm sure if I were taking my crew out in it for several weeks (especially since I'm potty training a pup), it would possibly cause me to miss my weather here. It has been damp and raining here, and I'd much prefer some snowflakes to this dreary weather. Shoe, those are great pictures. I'm sure my girls would love the snow. Well, maybe not Abbey, but Kiara and Hannah would. Karen, that is an awesome picture of Angus. <img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/1003/maiwag/terriersiggy.jpg" border="0" class="linked-sig-image" /> Beth, mom to Ninja (5), Hannah (7), Abbey (7 1/2), Kiara (10)

The one time it did snow here (and not ice!), I could NOT get Jack to potty on it! I guess he couldn't "get a scent" so he would just walk around in it and play in it, but would not potty in it. I had to take him to the side of the house where a snow bank had drifted and left a patch of grass showing. He would potty on that patch of grass, but not on the snow! I guess it's a good thing we don't get much snow here, otherwise Jack would never go potty! Jack's Mom
