Does anyone know how I could contact the Ladies Kennel Association UK? I am looking for biographical info on Kate L. Stephen. I believe she judged the LKA UK show in 1921.

Just poking around...here is some contact info for an LKA show that was held in December. Presumably this is the show secretary but likely to be a member who could steer you further on.
