Just wanted to let everyone know that my Christmas Avatar photo of Barney with a candy cane in his mouth is a doctored image in Photoshop! He had a bone in his mouth in the original photo and I took it out and put a photo of a candycane in! When they saw the photo in a Merry Christmas email, my mother and sister were a bit concerned that I was giving him candy to eat, so I just wanted to clear my name here on the forum!! :lol: Only Canidae and healthy treats for Barney! :thumbsup:

well it isnt like a candy cane would have killed him....i doubt anyone thought the less of you......I sure didnt.

I knew it wasn't real - but it sure looked really cool - I was only able to turn the girls into reindeer - I haven't advanced my photo shop skills yet... HA!

Could I go ahead and schedule some photo shop lessons????? AWESOME job! I had to look really closely to see that Barney was not actually eating a candy cane, but as the others said, I didn't think anything bad about it before I knew it wasn't real. I just thought it was CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No need to clear your name. We know you love Barney and would never do anything to hurt him. Savannah stole a candy cane and had a lick or two before we got it away. It didn't hurt her, just freshened her breath a little! :D

You should have photopainted the candy cane covered w/ dark chocolate to really give your mother and sister a concern. :D Honestly, I know you're a good Cairn mom and that you added the candy cane. It just wouldn't look like a Christmas photo if Barney was chewing on a carrot stick. :lol:
