Will be getting a new addition to our family

As many of you know, before Duffy and Mickey came to be part of our family, I had Springer Spaniels. I have always hoped to have another and now my wish has come true. I was put in contact with a breeder here in CA and one of her females has just become pregnant. The mother is a liver and white and the father is a black and white so there may be some tri-color puppies. I have put a deposit on a female pup (yes, I know they are not even born yet), but I have checked this breeder out with the AKC and she passes with flying colors. All going well, we should have our new addition by end of October, early November. Her name will be Annabelle Lee. We are both so very excited. I think my boys will love having a big sister. Wish us luck!

OOh a baby! congratulations!! Springer Spaniels are wonderful dogs.. My grandmother's across the street neighbors had one who is such a character and sweet as could be named Baskin, I loved that dog like he was my own..They have moved out of state and I miss him so much!

Mike, that's terrific news! Congratulations to both of you (and the boys!). Like everyone else I can't wait to see the pictures. The name is gorgeous!

I can't think of anything more exciting than to be expecting a puppy! That's great Mike, I feel your excitement. Please keep us updated and don't forget to show us a picture of Annabelle Lee when she arrives.
