Mollyrocker Posted August 4, 2006 Posted August 4, 2006 (that wierd thing between Lucy and Cricket and near Cricket's tail is a piece of driftwood..) Cricket is just turning out to be the sweetest, funnest(not a word) and smart dog. We all love her devilish, love for life, clowny way. Look at that "gleam" in her eye..
tena Posted August 4, 2006 Posted August 4, 2006 I love Cricket and Lucy. They are so beautiful together. Sophie
CathyAnn Posted August 4, 2006 Posted August 4, 2006 I sure love seeing your two furkids!! Keep those pics coming!! Cathy P.S. I thought that 'weird thing' behind Cricket might have been an armadillo....heh!! Cathy and Piper
kcsdogs Posted August 4, 2006 Posted August 4, 2006 Oh they are soooo cute together! Looks like (non) sense and sensibility, what a sweet little face she has too.
toomanypaws Posted August 4, 2006 Posted August 4, 2006 No one can ever post too many pics here. I love seeing pics of Cricket and Lucy and know first hand the joy of owning both a Cairn and a Lab. My previous Choc. Lab, Mousse was a gentle giant to Kiara and put up w/ many kisses from her. Unfortunately he passed on before Abbey and Hannah, but I'm sure he would have had plenty of love for them too. My Yellow Lab has somewhat fillled his place, and makes sure Abbey and Hannah get their kisses. <img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/1003/maiwag/terriersiggy.jpg" border="0" class="linked-sig-image" /> Beth, mom to Ninja (5), Hannah (7), Abbey (7 1/2), Kiara (10)
Scully'sMom Posted August 4, 2006 Posted August 4, 2006 There are NEVER too many pictures of our pups here!! Keep 'em coming! How did you "introduce" Lucy and Cricket? Did you have to keep them separated for awhile and then let them be together for short periods?
Mollyrocker Posted August 4, 2006 Author Posted August 4, 2006 Scullys Mom I brought Lucy with me to the breeder's house and had Lucy meet Cricket in the yard (Lucy was leashed). Lucy was actually afraid of Cricket at first and when we go home Lucy was cautious and curious of her and then slowly, after a couple of days, they got to be playing together and cuddly. In the beginning I just had to watch them closely when they were together because Lucy is so strong.
Eliz222 Posted August 4, 2006 Posted August 4, 2006 Beautiful picture......we can never have too many pics of our babies, and I never tire of seeing them!
