Here's the girls on their 1st day in the pool. Abby Rose wasn't to sure of getting in the water until her "little sister" (Honey the lab) dove in to retrieve a toy. Then it was a free for all! Hard to believe these 2 were the same size 2 short months ago. Honey gets to the toy in the water 1st everytime. But as soon as she gets to the deck, it's Abby Rose's toy then. (She thinks she's the big dog in the family). Shh, don't anyone tell her she's a Cairn! :whistle:

Awwww, a Cairn and a Lab! They are my two favorites and I'll always have them in my life. That picture is great! Having 3 Cairns and 1 Lab, my Lab sometimes runs w/ my 3 acting like he's another Cairn. My oldest Cairn, Kiara likes nothing better than to be alpha and control the entire group.

as an owner of a 3 1/2 year old Yellow Lab and a new Cairn owner..that picture is a wonderful sight!

Yes, they both enjoy retrieving toys from the pool. It is especially fun to watch Abby Rose as she will whine for about 5 minutes b4 taking the big plunge. B)
