tena Posted May 15, 2006 Posted May 15, 2006 I took Sophie to the groomers today. She is having a face/backside tidy, nails clipped. I pick her up at 1. I've been home all morning without her. I've walked from room to room without my shadow, been able to talk on the phone without her pesting me,anwsered the door without it sounding like a wolf was inside. Like it was before she came. But now it feels lonely. Funny how something so small can take such a huge place in your life, so fast. Tena Sophie
tlwtheq Posted May 15, 2006 Posted May 15, 2006 That is just soooo true. You guys'll be back together soon. This is precisely why I never want to plan a vacation unless the pups can come along. Tara, Olie, Teddy, and NOW Sweet Pea's Mom (Pics to come.) Max and Nelly
Darcy's Mom Posted May 15, 2006 Posted May 15, 2006 Sounds like you're having "Cairn withdrawal". I feel the same way when we have to leave Darcy overnight or at the vet all day. Couldn't imagine NOT having these little fur faces in our lives.
mollysmom1 Posted May 15, 2006 Posted May 15, 2006 I know how you feel. I went away for a 2 day conference and missed Molly so much! These furry babies become such a part of the family! Nancy
