Chameleon Cairns

Teri's post in a previous thread comparing Teona's coat to old rotten wooden fence inspired me to start this topic. Here is Petey blending in with the sand. Let's see your pics of your chameleons/Cairns...

Savannah and the tile floor in the kitchen.

We give dogs time we can spare, space we can spare and love we can spare. And in return, dogs give us their all. It's the best deal man has ever made.

I don't have any pics to share but when we had our wheaten cairn, her name was Dusty for obvious reasons. Those pups do blend in with the sand and tile. So cute.

It took me a couple of days to follow the Cairns around to see what they blend in with. Petey definetely blends in with the sand, and Savannah matches the tile very well. I got my Cairns outside to see how well they could camouflage themselves.

Abbey tried to blend in with the mulch.

Kiara got a little more creative and tried to blend in with the tree.

Hannah couldn't come up with anything, so she tried to show Kiara up by climbing the tree and blending in.

My mom who is with Scully during the day will often tell me how she couldn't find Scully - only to later find out she was sleeping on the sofa right in front of her nose! She's 84, I'll give her a break....LOL!

I just love everyone's pictures. These were of Hannah when she was 6 mths blending in w/ some stuffed animals. I posted them over a year ago, but some of you never saw them.

Where's Hannah?

These pictures are too funny! Here is Belle on our recent Spring Break trip. She's blending with the pool deck. She always has submissive ears in her pictures! She really has pretty ears, but I can never get a picture of them.

...and here is Belle again. This time she is hiding. Apparently her blender was broken. She loved nesting in the vines and pine straw.

Here is Finch on her first day home. She blends into our deck, which badly needed staining..lol!

I lost most of my pictures of the dogs when my 'puter crashed a few weeks ago. :(

I'll have to take a picture of Scout tomorrow....she loves having her pic taken!

I have Cody's friend Shea in this pic for contrast. I swear - Sometime if he stands still - I can't see him in our backyard at all! Let me know when you get sick of these. I have a TON! :shy:

Here's Darcy on her first day home at 8 weeks old. We realized quickly that our dog blended into almost everything in our house.

And another of her blending in with a bale of hay.
