"Cairn" magazine

Back in February (I think?) someone posted about their edition of a magazine they had just received and it was all about Cairns. Shortly after that, I ordered that magazine and haven't received it yet. Did anyone else order one and if so, have you received yours? Thanks.

Hi.... I received my magazine very shortly after I ordered it. You might want to contact the company. The one I received was from Just Terriers, Volume 5, Number 2, Winter 2006

I ordered mine right around then and received it about 2-3 weeks later. You should call them. They probably got inundated with forum member requests.

Mine too came within a couple of weeks.

Speaking of magazines, DogFancy will have an article on Cairns in their June magazine. If anyone did get the May issue, the article about Peace and Quiet on pg. 22 shows a dog that is called a Shih Tzu mix. It sure looks like a Cairn to me.

I was the one that told you about it, and i feel really stupid cause I havent even read it yet!!! DOH!

But I'm sure it was an oversight on their part that you didnt get it.....just give them a call....and tell them i'll be expecting my commission! LOL

I use to get Dog Fancy years ago, i should get that again.....so it can sit with my Just Terriers!!!!

My dd is the one who gets the Dog Fancy, but I always grab it and check it for any Cairn articles.

I didn't get mine either so a couple of weeks ago, I emailed them and asked if they knew it would come. They emailed me and apologized and sent it to me priority mail. I received it in 2 days.

Thanks Kayharley for the website address. I called them yesterday and asked about my magazine. I can only imagine that someone somewhere is enjoying it because she said it was mailed out last week of February. She said she would priority mail me another one. I commented that we cairn lovers must have had them working overtime requesting that issue and she said yes they did receive tons of requests for that particular issue. Maybe by Saturday I will be enjoying it. I may check into the other mag Dog Fancy also but I feel like I have so little time to leisurley read that unless I know for sure there is a cairn article, the magazine will just sit around and not even get looked at. What a waste of $ that would be.
