What really surprises me is that so few people are located anywhere on the West Coast. This is true of other forums as well. It seems that the dedicated dog people are more in the mid-West or East Coast.. Bummer for us...

This surprises me a little bit, too. At a high level the density seems to follow population density but I would still expect the left coast to bulk up at least a little bit more, relatively.
