i AM CONSIDERING BUYING A CAIRN FROM A COUPLE WHO HAS THE MOM AND THE DAD. THEY INDICATE IN THEIR AD IT IS AKC, FAMILY RAISED AND HAS BEEN VET CHECKED. WHAT FOLLOWUP QUESTIONS DO YOU RECOMMEND.
