car seat

I went to petsmart today and bought a lookout seat. They said I could bring it back if it didn't fit.

I was very disappointed. No instructions, and there's no way the strap would go over the back seat headrest. And, there' s no way I was going to put it up front (airbags can injure/kill pets).

I didn't even leave the parking lot with it. It's now back inside petsmart, I received a refund.

So, now I'm back to step one...........jan

I tried a similar device with Madison and before I got out of my driveway, she was out of it and tangled in the straps.

I've gone through many car restraint systems with my Cairns and none worked.

Right now I use my own version.

We have a Subaru Forester. I use regular nylon leashes that are attatched to our back seat head rests. It's easy to adjust the length. I put a Sporn harness on them, attatch the secured leashes and they can move about in the back seat but can't jump into the front seats, jump out the windows although they have full view .

I use the same method.

When Tabitha was little I bought this carseat and it worked really well.
