I have a 3.5 month old AKC cairn terrier, yet, he has short hair. His eyebrows are getting long, but all the other pups I see are a ball of fur at 6 weeks. Is my Dexter a late bloomer. I saw both of the parents at the breeder, and they were very furry. What's up?
