:sick: mmm....a new delicacy!

It was quite hot here last night, so we were out on the patio while the dogs played in the yard. All of a sudden Yoda was chewing on something and I told him to spit it out, which he did! I went over the examine what it had been - the remains belonged to one of those big black beetles, aka june bugs, or stink bugs. This would explain the look on his face as he chewed!

Well, we went inside, but the two dogs stayed outside. I would check on them every once and again.....they were hunting beetles! I have no clue how many they may have eaten, but they were having quite a good time!!! They look like a couple of pigs rooting for truffles they way they are nosing thru the lawn.....I'm just hoping they don't get sick.

I'll have to try to take a picture of this and then try to remember how to post it!
