I believe the Colonel Potter Cairn Rescue Network would take him. You can get contact information from their website, which is http://cairnrescue.com. You can rest assured that his new forever home will be thoroughly screened. Please don't advertise him "free to good home" in the newspaper; I've heard horror stories about unscrupulous people obtaining terriers and terrier mixes to use as bait dogs in dog fight training that are advertised this way.
