time for revolution

I want to put the revolution on Booker today. I know it goes on the neck. Is there anything special I need to know before doing it? Do I put it on the hair or skin?

Jan, I separate the hair on their back, between the shoulder blades, and put it on, and rub in just a little. I use Frontline Plus, which is a liquid, and this is how I put it on my pups.
