The Alpha Dog

The picture below gives you a pretty good idea about who is the alpha member of our pack. Notice the tiny black and white cat in the big dog bed and the much larger cairn in the small bed. Holly rules the roost with an iron paw. Ghillie likes to think he's first but she knows better. Poor Smokey (cairn) and Loki (cat) tie for third and fourth place.

Sometimes I'm not sure who's controlling who. The dogs think we live to give belly rubs.
