Your Cairn's Pop Culture Doppelgänger

I was loving on Dundee today (he is irresistibly adorable and has turned into a fabulous mature gentleman) and musing about his distinct personality. It suddenly dawned on me that I think he might be a compact canine version of Tim Gunn.

Dundee is low-key but tightly wound at the same time. He doesn't like excessive drama and he likes things Just So. He is perfectly put together at all times (in spirit; grooming notwithstanding). If you dress him in something costumey he looks awkward as heck and will just about freeze in place. I'm thinking of Tim in the Making the Cut avant garde denim episode where he says — with a slightly horrified affect — "in honor of this avant-garde assignment I'm wearing … jeans!" and looks like he'd rather die; or when in Japan Heidi puts him in a cross-body fanny pack and bucket hat and declares him street-wear ready  again with the "taking one for the team"  look.

So while Dundee may *look* like Sam Eliot with his distinguished silver moustache, I suspect at heart he's Tim Gunn.

Or possibly Felix Unger. I might have to rethink this. :P
