grillywarren
Find myself living in NYC and able to go to the dog show. The only problem is all I REALLY want to see are the cairns!!! hee hee Seriously, have any of you been? Could you take your dogs? Is it fun? What is it like? Any imput would be appreciated. As always, I waited to the last minute. It starts tomorrow... the Cairns are at 9am. Ellie
bradl
I've never been. I've heard it's absolutely packed, unbelievably crowded, so probably not a good place to take your dog. Here is a picture of a Cairn from my neck of the woods in the city for the big day, having a ride around the Park in a carriage. It's just a picture from a cell phone, sent by friend Bette. I love the back of the head shot - a boy tourist in the big city. The dog is AmCan Ch Kinloch's Royal Troon ME (Oliver). He's a local boy, and a master earthdog, so we're proud of him hereabouts. Good luck to ALL CAIRNS tomorrow. They are all champions and deserving every one. CAIRNTALK: Questions?
