Max is a 3-year old rescue, courtesy of the Potomac Cairn Terrier Club...we were recommended for the adoption by Kelli Winkler, from whom we adopted Nelly.  He is a blondish red...all the PTCT members agree we are a perfect placement.  They called us, and they know Nelly.  We're meeting Max on Saturday.  So Excited!!!!!!!!!!

We had a visit with Max today. courtesy of the Potomac Cairn Terrier Club who is sponsoring his adoption.  What a Whirlwind!  We think we may have some issues to work, but that's OK.  He and Nelly seem to communicate, and today was the first day I've seen Nelly perk up and want to play "Cairn Terrier Style".  (Whoop Um Terrier Style!)

This little one has so much spirit, so much love to give, and we have all the love in our hearts to give him.

The next few months, and then ensuing years are going to be a wonderful ride!  Will post pics when we have them!

OK.  Max came home yesterday.  He is taking his time getting over the gerbils and the rabbit.  But he's a quick learner!  He'll be 4 in February.

Still loves playing with toys.  It's been a while since we've had that kind of Cairn playfulness here.

Going to try to post a pic.  Max is just wonderful!  He and Nelly really bond.

Wow...just WOW:o:D Did you get a picture of that smirk or what!!! LOVE IT!!!!! Have seen that expression so many times and still have not been able to capture a pic...GOOD for YOU!!!  Max is just waiting to add some muscle....then you will see even MORE playing.  :thumbsup: Congrats on the expanding family!!

Thank you Brad. I don't have Microsoft Office. When I tried to open the pictures a message said Office was required. Those two are going to be a lot of fun. Looking forward to their adventures.
