Has Dempsy turned vegetarian....I thought he was all for eating some chicken nuggets?

Elsie is mad and barking in the background.  Dempsy has never bothered the chickens.  He just thinks he's a tough guy but really he's a big chicken.  That's why Elsie came out with blood during the coon fight and Dempsy trotted away unharmed.  I doubt Dempsy did anything but bark at the coon.  He is pretty tender hearted.

Goldie is doing great.  Still missing feathers, but her spirits are good.  Elsie continues to hop around on 3 legs.  If she doesn't straighten up soon I will take her in.  I can see a blister in between her toes now.  We have been so busy planting that it's hard to fit everything in.

Elsie is definitely sounding like a McChicken  nugget would taste mighty fine if the silly farm manager would just toss one over the fence.

Oh, gosh, that is just the cutest thing!  But I do have to tell you that Packy is just disgusted with Dempsey.  And Kirby agrees with Elsie.

That's what Elsie thinks too.  Elsie says that Dempsy is a disgrace to the terrier race. <_<

My son has chickens and they need to be cooped up when Pepper visits - she is lasered in to them...only one thing on her mind.
