Sam I Am

Jock teaching Rosie the fine art of begging for morning toast. :)

I have no idea when attaching pictures from my iPad, that they never show being right side up? However when opening this picture to enlarge, its right side up! grrrrrf

Well look at those two together. They seem to be settling in to life as a pair. Or is this a temporary truce whilst they work for a common goal?

I took Gus to one of our favourite off leash parks the other day, and we met Bobby, a 13 year old Cairn, and Maggie, his 8 month old Scottie sister. I thought of Jock and Rosie immediately!! (At first I thought they WERE Jock & Rosie on a holiday!) Bobby is a very dignified white-whiskered gentleman, and Maggie is a little nut bar who chased Gus all over the park, to both of their delight. Their Scottish owner explained that Maggie was dragging her leash so's he could grab her if necessary - to which I replied, "Been there, done that, still doing it sometimes."
