Cairn Breeder in Pennsylvania

I am looking to buy a Cairn from somewher near Pennsylvania. I am in the center of the state and do not mind traveling. I have wanted a Cairn for some time. I have a Westie who has been the love of my life for 15 years now and she is in very poor health. The thought of not having a dog is awful so I am looking to find a dog as soon as possible , BUT only from a good breeder. NO puppy mills for me. If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it.
