strange film over eye

I have noticed that my Cairn Terrier keeps developing a thick glossy-type film over her eye. This film developed a month or two ago, but we figured it would was just something that was in her eye and we got it out. Now it has started to develop again. My dog, Chloe, is about a year old. If anyone knows anything about this film over a Cairn Terrier's eye, please reply here or you can contact me at rmp714@carolina.rr.com.

my cairn just got diagnosed with glaucoma after i noticed a filmy liquid in his right eye. please take your puppy to the doctor as soon as possible to find out what is causing the problem. it could be nothing -- or it could save you significant heartache in the future.
