Frequently Asked Questions

Recommended Posts

Over the years, as more and more Cairn folks find Cairn Talk Forum — welcome! we're glad you're here! — certain questions stand out as frequently asked. Here are some common search topics where you will find lots of previous discussions. You are of course welcome to start another topic if you don't find the answers you seek!

You are encouraged to search the forum first to see if your question has already been asked and answered. As site administrator I recommend using Google site search instead of the search link at the top. Google indexes Cairn Talk Forum constantly, is faster and easier to use, and uses fewer forum webserver resources than the forum's own search engine.

The links above are just "ready-made" searches. To search our site from a regular Google search page, enter your search terms for example, best food, followed by site:cairntalk.net -- that will limit the search to Cairn Talk Forum. For example:

Google: Best Food Site:cairntalk.Net

To save you even more time on the sample question: there are good foods and bad foods, but there is no such thing as "best food" :)
