Size of avatar

Having a problem getting the avatar to the same size as the rest of the forum members. When I try to load one either they are too large and I create an error, of it comes out quite small. Can anyone give me some suggestions on what I am doing wrong?

Yes - your avatar is actually 100px X 75px - it's just that it includes a lot of empty background. If you have the full-size original image, crop it down so that only the image is left. Then if you size that to be 100px in the largest dimension, and re-upload it, the avatar will be all image and no background.
