Do you restrain your Cairn in cars?

Kayharley, does your Subaru have the shoulder/lap combinations? I think they're required on all cars now. Anyway, if you do, go to any store that sells infant car seats and there is a metal "clip" type thing that secures the torso part of the seatbelt to the lap part. We did this with our kids' carseats and it should work with this puppy carseat too. I hope I didn't confuse you! :huh:

I understand completely. Only problem is I already bought a carrier and I can't bring it back. I'll probably wait until Madison stops chewing and destroying everything in sight and then get one. Thanks

I am still pondering whether to get the seat(s) as I need TWO of them! Alot of $$!

Hubby thinks I am a nut but I just don't like the dogs loose in the back seat. Gotta do some convincing with him, I guess.
