Help with a Photo

Can someone tell me how I get a photo below my forum name. I would like to have a picture of digger below our TNA when I post.

I've poked around, and can't seem to find where I need to be. I finally learned how to put a photo in an actually post, but not in my profile.

It's under my controls at the upper right and then you'll go under I believe Edit Avatar setting - and you should be able to post your pic there and it should come up in all replies/posts Hope that helps, I'm not great at it as I'm fairly new to posting the pics.
