I just found out my digital has a video option. How can I submit this 5 second "show" in a post?

If you have the means to convert it flash format, you can embed it just like a regular photo, only use FLASH tags instead of IMG tags:

<flash>http://www.example.com/example.swf</flash>

As always, it has to be hosted somewhere.

To link to it, just host it wherever in any popular format (quicktime, windows media file, etc) and link to it. I have no idea what policies places like photobucket or imageshack have around hosting movies. YouTube and Google Video are dedicated to hosting video.

Kay - you can also try Clipshack - it works for me.
