bradl
Aplologies for the down-time this morning. A dedicated server can be quite expensive, so we are on a shared server - that means that many other web sites are served from the same machine as cairnterrier.org - if one of them gets extremely busy, or if there is script running amok on the server, server load can go so high that pages take forever to load. Server load approached 200 this morning (normal load is under 2, typically under 1) and the forum is configured to shut down if server load gets excessive. That is why you get the 'Server is too busy to handle your request' message. When that happens, all you can do is try later. Thank you for your patience. CAIRNTALK: Questions?
