I think the personal avatars and/or signatures of many of the forum members, are terrific. I would like to add an avatar to my settings.

When I go into "edit avatar settings" mode I see no method of adding a personal photo, as there is in the "edit signature" area.

Perhaps the personal avatar feature is not available anymore?

You can choose a stock avatar now but uploading a custom one takes 365 posts before that feature kicks in.
