Blepharitis and Puppy Strangles

I have a 4 month old Cairn Terrier female, Holly, who has been diagnosed with Blepharitis and a mild case of Puppy Strangles. The veterinary eye specialist is at a loss as to how she could develop this. She was put on prednisolone and clavamox but her eyelids are still pink, puffy and droopy.

It has been suggested that this could have been triggered by her Pfizer 6 in 1 vaccine that she received approximately six days before this started.

Have you had a similiar experience with your Cairn Terrier?
