Malcolm's Dad
Beverly Hills Chihuahua is on this afternoon. I really like this movie. Especially the beginning where the dogs are at the doggie spa being pampered and then they have a play date at the owner's posh Beverly Hill poolside. If they made a movie like this about Cairns the plot would be Cairns having trouble training their uprights and having to take them to obedience class. While the uprights were in class the Cairns would be at the doggie spa.
hheldorfer
I agree that the Cairns would have their uprights in obedience class, however I think while the uprights were in class the Cairns would be out at a park chasing critters and running rampant. I don't know about Malcolm but Buffy isn't into the "primping" thing. Speaking of primping, have you seen Ella Bean, the Instagram dog? http://www.racked.com/2015/9/23/9371193/instagram-dog-video-ella-bean Your mention of "Beverly Hill Chihuahua" made me think of this.
Malcolm's Dad
Love the ella-bean video. Thanks. You are right, Malcolm isn't exactly into primping. In the fall he comes down with the pollen allergy, gets itchy, and will pull out the hair on the back end. Out comes the Benadryl which helps to calm him down. Then he loves getting massaged and gives me a chance to do some hand stripping on the hair he didn't get out by himself. Normally he won't sit still for that. He will sit with me for as long as I want he loves the attention. Its the Benadryl that knocks him out and he enjoys it.
Autumn & Lola
If the spa primping included a 2-hour, non-stop massage, Lola would be all over that.
Hillscreek
Massage yes, Hair fixing no. Opportunity to review what uprights have learned in class - fabulous -Angus
