Dempsy's Mom
Brad, why isn't my tool bar lighting up (it's faded out) and won't let me use any tools or icons? It's been this way for over a month, I'd say. Edited May 5, 2013 by Dempsy's Mom Quote Elsie, Max, Meeko & Lori
bradl
Hrm, not sure but we'll figure it out! Your account is normal, so maybe it's a setting (whether forum or browser we'll have to figure out). What tool or icon are you trying to use? If you know how to take a screenshot, that would be super helpful in visualizing what you're referring to. Screenshot add-on for Firefox. Screen capture for Chrome Screen capture for IE (or Firefox, or Chrome) Quote CAIRNTALK: Questions? Dempsy's Mom
OK, I was poking around in settings and now I have all the tools available to me. I do not know what I did, but now my text is super small. Wonder why that changed? How do I get my text size back to normal. I do not know how to do a screenshot. bradl
The forum itself doesn't really have any changes that affect reading text size that I know of (you can change posting text while composing, but that's different). Browsers do have text-size adjustment (usually) - for instance on the Mac I'm using at the moment it's Command-minus to make text smaller, and Command-plus to make it bigger. On a Windows machine the equivalent would be Control-plus/minus. Your browser probably also has a View menu - on Chrome browser, the selection is View - Actual SIze. Other browsers might have things like View-Normal or View-100% or something similar. Quote CAIRNTALK: Questions?
