Autumn & Lola
Wow, I had to scratch and claw my way into the forum tonight. I thought for a minute I had been banned. LOL! I couldn't remember my password and when I clicked on "forgot my password", it told me my user name was incorrect. When I clicked on "Contact System Administrator , the link wouldn't work. So I made another account, came onto the forum, remembered I had changed my display name but NOT my log-on name back in November, signed out on the new account, and signed in on the old account and bingo! I was in. SO, how do I delete the newly made account so it isn't hogging up cyberspace? Thank you! Autumn..,,,.who is clearly starting to lose it. bradl
Ah, the perils of allowing members to have a different Screen Name. I sometimes wonder about what would happen if I tried to put that genie back in the bottle If you posted under both accounts, send me a PM and tell the name on the other one and I believe I can merge them into one account. With over 700 posts I'll assume A&L is the one you wish to be the permanent account. Side note for future searches: as a general rule and barring exceptional circumstances I generally don't and won't "cancel" or delete accounts. (Well, spamming will get an account nuked so fast my keyboard smokes.) However what you are describing is a different situation and I'm happy to help sort it out if I can. Quote CAIRNTALK: Questions?
