With having such wonderful dogs - I realized that there had to be some great nicknames out there when my daughter came up with "DINOSAUR RAT DOG"

He had been swimming in the kiddie pool and when he came out he really did look like a giant rat.

I'd love to hear some of the ones you've come up with - we could all use a good laugh now and then.

A giant rat- That's how I would describe Wes after fun in the pool.

Our nickname for Wes is "Mr. Pesty," because- well, because he is sometimes.

When Scully gets into her rambunctious mode - which is usually when we sit down to try and watch TV in the evening - my hubby calls her "Little Demon Spawn".

My DH started calling Carolina "Carolina Boo" which lead to just "Boo". She responds to both now!

After quick swims in the pool, Zelda hops in and then remembers she doesn't like water( ), she comes out looking exactly like a giant rat.

I've only had Zelda for little over a month, so she hasn't produced many nicknames except for "Crazy" when she has her little antics.

Well, lets see....We have Matty-Duty (Madison), Winner/Loser (Winnie) Lover-LouLou's (refers to both when I want to excite them) All the names have to be spoken in a particular voice. too.

I think I'm embarrassed right now sharing this.

E, Echorino, Red Monkey, Hagatha, Shrimp = Echo

Frances, STOP! STOP!, Peanut, Monkey Jr, Mini-Me = Stella

The way my little Hannah howls, I call her my wolf cub. She is called the baby alot too, she's so darn cute! Abbey doesn't really have any nicknames. I do sometimes call her by her full name Abigail Lee to get her attention. Kiara is called KJ by my dh and sassbox by me.

I call my babies "Wovies" (for I wuv you!). I call the puppy "Blubber Butt" when I walk behind her...her behind just wobbles back and forth...so cute!

I knew there had to be some good nicknames out there! You def. gave me a good laugh! Although I was surprised at the fellow "Rat Owners"

Toto is also known as "Psycho Dog" when he goes into hypermode. He also goes into "stealth mode" when he is stalking one of our cats - we haven't developed a nickname for him for that yet! They are such funny little dogs.

Duffy has several depending on what he is up too at the time; "Damien" for when he is being a little , "Parnelli Pup" when he races around the house in hyper mode, "The Duffster"!

Funny! We have the Chewster,puppy butt, puppy love for Chewy

and Roxy girl , foxy roxy(because she is red) and sometimes Witchy girl, cause she is SUCH a moody little thing!!!
