Private Message notices - don't reply by email

I've noticed in the error logs lately a number of email errors relating to private messages. When a forum member sends you a private message, you may receive an email notice of that fact. (Private message handling is a user-configurable setting in your profile area.) The system-generated notices include the following insruction:

PLEASE DO NOT REPLY DIRECTLY TO THIS EMAIL!

But sometimes folks try anyway and the private messaging system can't deliver the reply because the notification emails come from the board itself, not the person who sent the private message. Private messages can only be responded to using the private messaging system.
