Sweet potato treats -- now too hard

The boys love pieces of dried sweet potatoes, so I bought them a big bag. But the bag doesn't seal well, and the pieces are now too hard to eat.

Is there an easy to semi hydrate them before I re-store them in an air-tight container?

just a thought... try microwaving a few of them btwn wet paper towels.

The only thing better than owning a Cairn is owning two!
