You may already know that youtube movies can be embedded right into posts using the media tag (this little button does the trick: media.png).

I was inspired to track down and install media code to add support for embedding vimeo movies. The list of embeddable media now includes:

  • Flash Movie/Game
  • Flickr Image Set
  • GameTrailers
  • Google Video
  • MP3
  • MySpace Video
  • Vimeo Video
  • YouTube
