Minor Forum Tweaks

To more closely adopt the color palette of the parent club site, I have ever-so-slightly changed the default "skin" (colors and icons) for Cairn Talk. The only change you will notice is that the large tabs at the top of the page are now red instead of green.

If this concerns or offends you for some reason, never fear! Just scroll down to the bottom of any page and use the select-box to change your skin choice from "Red, White, and Blue" to "IP.board." This will restore the default green color scheme for you.

Note: as your browser caches (*) various pages, you may go through a period where the change appears to be intermittent - some pages with red tabs, some with green tabs. In most cases, forcing a page reload will recache the page with your chosen color scheme. Or, you can simply ignore it and eventually it will settle down to one set of colors.

* Browsers "cache" or save pages in memory to save time. If you have visited a page and you revisit it, your browser may serve you the copy of the page it has in memory instead of fetching the page from our server. For pages that don't change much, this saves you a lot of time. If some dynamic element of the page has changed in the meantime however, you may not see the change. Browser cache is one reason that it sometimes takes several page refreshes to see changes in avatars, for example.
