Missing teeth?

Madison will be 1 year old in a few weeks and I notice she's missing a pre-molar on her bottom teeth. There's just a space where the tooth should be....other side is fine. Is this normal?

My pup is 9 1/2 months old. All his baby teeth are out (he had the last t8 extracted, since the roots were too long) but not all the adults have grown in - is it normal for there to be a lag time?

Sorry to ask all these questions about what is "normal", since cairns are unique little pups. :shy:
